It's been a while since my last visit to the site. I decided to check on "Deborahs Stage 4 Battle" the other day - to learn that she had passed on. Her story was instrumental in helping to break through my denial in the beginning. I'm grateful Deborah shared her story with us. I'm very sorry to her family that loved her so much.
I just saw the stop smoking documentary of the lady from Canada. It trully was a heart breaking film. I'm sure her story, too will be instrumental in helping to break through smokers' denial. "These ladies" deaths are not in vain, then. May they rest in peace and may those of you who are on the same certain path, take heed. It could just as well be you.
I feel as though I may have escaped that fate by the skin of my teeth. I'm so grateful.
Glad you are still beating this thing.
We should all be grateful for this site and it's wisdom, that is for sure.
Keep on being proud.
