Once able to successfully navigate those first couple of crave anxiety attacks (that lasted no longer than three minutes - look at a clock because time distortion is an almost universial recovery symptom) you had developed the basic coping skills needed to handle physical withdrawal. Now it's simply a matter of more of the same.
Don't look ahead but again see each hour, challenge overcome and a full day of healing as the full and complete victory each reflect. Let everything you feel today be a sign to you that some wonderful and amazing healing is happening within. Why fear healing? Flow with it. Slow deep breaths, a nice cool glass of water, and savor this day as one of the most rewarding you may ever know.
There is a rosebud opening and it is you! We're with you in spirit. Millions of words here at Freedom but they all boil down to just one concept that determines the outcome for all ... no nicotine today, Never Take Another Puff! The next few minutes are doable! John (Gold x5)
