    Congrat's on the 3W 3D! Sounds like you are going good! I too found that it is actually fun to walk. Before quiting, walking was a chore (I need to loose some weight too). I was walking at lunch a bit, but was always winded and it took twice as long as the walk to catch my breath again...panting lik...
