  • The Closet Smoker

Instead, she's back to her regular smoking routine and all I can really do is hope she once again gets the courage to quit smoking. Dave - Fre...

Thanks everyone. Wow it's almost 10 days since I turned green, I'm gonna be bronze in no time. The cravings don't even seem to last 30 seconds now, it seems kinda like passing an oncoming car. You see it coming and getting closer and than it passes and it's gone that fast. Dave - Free and Healing fo...

A little late but welcome to Freedom Hal. The cravings you describe are same ones I seem to get. After a little over a month I really don't get any cravings at work or even when driving anymore. I was a chain smoker when I was driving. Seems like I get the toughest cravings when I'm at home relaxing...

Wow, it's hard to believe it's been a whole month already. Hard to believe I've fought the cravings and won for a whole month and it got easier to win every time. And yet it's been just over a month and every time I saw someone smoking, for the first time instead of wanting to bum one or pull one ou...

  • Cigarettes Not Smoked !!
In less than a month I've reached the 1000 not smoked milestone and saved $120 not buying them. :) Just a rough estimate and taking in account that I quit for a year for a total of about 17 years at 30 per day works out 186,150 cigarettes I smoked. Well there's a milestone I want to pass, more cigar...
