Don't Get Discouraged!

<t>I came looking for inspiration for the over a year quitter, sure it wouldn't be here because of all the New Year Newbies, and it took only 2 clicks of the mouse. I don't come here for weeks at a time but when I do someone is ready to speak to my heart. Thanks so much. <br/> Debra...about 409 days...

Will this get better?

<t>It does get better but if I said I still don't want to smoke I would be lying. In fact last night I had a horrible smoking dream and of course awoke to feelings of guilt and sadness. BUT...get over it.....I've talked to ex smokers who haven't had a second look back and ex smokers who have thought...

TWO THOUSAND

Today I have not smoked for 66 days. Today would have been my 2000th cigarette. I would have been done with my 10th carton and into my 11th before the day was over. I think the Patience piece was written just for me. Thank you everybody for being so helpful.

So how did most successful ex-smokers actually quit?

How did you buy 5 cartons of cigarettes for $75.00? Am I right? Are there 200 cigs in a carton? And it does say appoximately $75.00. Maybe your meter is off a bit.
