I definitely choose NONE because.......I never want to put my body through the trials of nicotine withdrawal again, not for 1 day, not for 1 hour, not for 1 second, and that can only be accomplished by......never taking another puff (did you think that was a trick question??).

I CAN SMOKE NONE OR ALL - I CHOOSE TO SMOKE NONE...
What a powerful statement. As I approach my Bronze milestone, I am so thankful for being introduced to this ONE=ALL truth. Anytime I think of having a cigarette, I remember that ONE=ALL. So, I have decided that ONE is not worth ALL the negative side effects associated with smoking.

I chose none because....

I never want my two year old daughter to remember me as a smoker.
I am pregnant with my second child.
I quit for three years and remember how wonderful it is - I want that life back.
Smoking is just disgusting.

We know the choice. None or all. On those occassions where choosing none seems to be the more difficult, we need our reasons.

Just returned from a mid-morning walk. There I am striding along, moving briskly, arms a-swinging, breathing deeply of the fresh sun-drenched air, feeling great. I glance over as a woman walks out of an office building. Before the door closed behind her she had a cigarette in her mouth and was busy lighting it up.
I thought about how that woman did not feel great. She was not relaxed. She was not enjoying the fresh sun-drenched air. She was desperate for a fix. That used to be me.
I choose none today because living without withdrawal every 20-30 minutes is grand and wondrous!

The thought of never being able to have one of these again may seem a tad depressing at first...
Realizing that you never HAVE TO smoke all of these again on a daily basis should be exhilarating.
To insure that you never need to smoke this way again just to stave off a chronic state of perpetual withdrawal
always remember why you first committed and are still committed to never take another puff!

A reason to stop... "I know I want to quit , I hate the smell and I have the most wonderful cough again , I also have read till I am boggle eyed....I know what it is doing to my body, I am also a full blown addict again......I have gone through in my head all the addiction / junkie thinking arguments the works, my mind just seems to be not listening to what common sense is saying to me, I swear I don't know where the strength for my quit came from, I know that right now tho if I say I am gonna quit on x day, my heart just is not in it......this is awful, don't ever start again cos believe me, I now smoke more than I ever did "

I see this is an old parade but I'm gonna join it anyhow!!!!
I can smoke none or I can smoke all of them. I choose to smoke none because... I want to live a full healthy life where I can watch my son grow up, get married and have children of his own, and spoil my grandkids rotten . I chose none because I don't want to poison my body. I chose none because I am now an EX-SMOKER meaning that I am SO very proud to not have to run outside for a nicotine stick every 30 minutes and reek of smoke. My teeth are whiter, my hair smells good and I feel terrific. My husband even says my face looks younger !!!
Bob - thank you so much for this parade today and I am happy to share with you all that today is my 4 month milestone (at 2pm central time)! I am edging my way closer to silver day by day. Newbies - Hang in there - things will get better - you will feel better and think about smoking less and less.
I'm proud to display my stats: I have not smoked for 3 months, 30 days, 19 hours, 51 minutes (122 days).
2558 cigarettes not smoked. Money saved: $1,028.49
Life saved: 8 days, 21 hours, 11 minutes .
