Image I definitely choose NONE because.......I never want to put my body through the trials of nicotine withdrawal again, not for 1 day, not for 1 hour, not for 1 second, and that can only be accomplished by......never taking another puff (did you think that was a trick question??).

I have chosen not to smoke for 2 Weeks 3 Days 6 Hours 9 Minutes 32 Seconds. Cigarettes not smoked: 345. Money saved: $69.03.

I choose none because it wasn't easy to find the man of my dreams.
And I don't want to be the reason that our happiness ends. Image

What a powerful statement. As I approach my Bronze milestone, I am so thankful for being introduced to this ONE=ALL truth. Anytime I think of having a cigarette, I remember that ONE=ALL. So, I have decided that ONE is not worth ALL the negative side effects associated with smoking.
I have gladly missed ALL for Two mos, four wks, two days, 21 hrs, 28 mins and 35 secs. 2696 cigs not smoked, saving $566.34. Life saved: 1 wk, 2 days, 8 hrs, 40 mins.

I chose none because....

I never want my two year old daughter to remember me as a smoker.
I am pregnant with my second child.
I quit for three years and remember how wonderful it is - I want that life back.
Smoking is just disgusting.

Two weeks, three days, 21 hours, 42 minutes and 55 seconds. 393 cigarettes not smoked, saving $76.81. Life saved: 1 day, 8 hours, 45 minutes.

We know the choice. None or all. On those occassions where choosing none seems to be the more difficult, we need our reasons.
