I smile today because my car died and I never once thought of nicotine as a solution or comfort to the problem, until I read a post from this parade.

For most situations in my life,  my executive assistant no longer suggests nicotine as a possible response.

I smile today.. . .

because while in the lobby of my doctor's office, I saw a display of NRT pamphlets. I lined through the name and I wrote in black pen , in BIG BLACK LETTERS. . .WHY QUIT . COM

I would of done the same thing.  Now I see NRT does not work, having tried it a few times.  It's just a way for the drug companies to make money.

Cold turkey - way to go!!!

Yesterday I was with a couple of people, one who had quit and one who had tried NRT and was still smoking.  I urged him to go to the website because he said he really wants to quit.
