Aaron you're doing great. Hang in there, it's doable. Thanks Wendy, good to hear from one of my inspirations.

Great to see you with 8 years of freedom under your belt, Doc!
Still one guiding principle, even for giant quits like ours.
None, to never take another puff, dip, vape or chew!

Breathe deep, hug hard, live long,

Chalking up nine years.
I almost forgot, just like I have forgotten what it was like to be a smoker.
Newbies, you can do this.
Hi to my old friends.

Congratulations Doc on NINE YEARS!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Every so often I check in to see what's new at WhyQuit
as well as this message board. It appears many have migrated
to Turkeyville in Facebook or simply carried on living with their freedom.
I will never forget how my education and support in the early days
of WhyQuit and the forums inspired me to make my quit in 2006
my forever quit. I know that you helped many up that necessary rope
to the Lido deck. 🛳

Wishing you another year of living life in healthy lane of freedom!
Wendy 11+ years
