I tried the "Quitometer" for MAC. Doesn't recalculate. Must be something better out there.

I agree that their must be something better out there for Mac!

I am having problems with my "Quitometer". Today it actually went backwards! It turned back time on me!

That was my original quitmeter, but I didn't care for it too much so I did the online "stop smoking quitmeter", which I really prefered... However, the other day I had to reinitialize my browser, wiping out all my info, and when I put my quit date back in, April 8, 2008, right time zone and all the rest, well... take a look at my stats:

2002 weeks, 5 days, 19 hours, 35 minutes, 55 seconds. (294,416 cigs not smoked and 78,020.24$saved!!!)

I'm not great at math, but... seems off to me.

Has anybody else had these issues?

Subject: Freedom Member Quit Counter Question:

Harry, we've had a new member at Freedom post the following question in our Downloading & Using Quit Meters thread. Any thoughts on what the issue may be? Could it be a time zone issue? As always, thanks for all you give. John

I have a question too...

Do any of these counters allow you to save it?

I am using Harry's and each time that I close it or restart my PC, I have to fill out the info again.

QuitCounter should save all information after closing!

If you have this problem or any other problem with QuitCounter, please contact me from my website: http://www.xarka.com/company/contactform.html or harry@xarka.com - I'll try to figure out what is wrong.

The most common reason people have problems with this software is because the computer's date/time is set up wrong. This is essential, so please make sure the time and date is ok. Also if you can check your computer for viruses and adware/spyware using an antivirus program, that might help (and is always a good idea).
