Hi Laura, Lisa, Jeff, Ben,

"The New Normal" that Ben mentioned is truly an amazing feeling of  achievement and self worth. Thank you for all your posts and support!

Lisa, I think my parrot -Louis - is also glad there is no more smoking around him.

Laura I'll see you in a few days at your Gold celebration.

Jeff I think you are going gold sooner.

The profound effect this site's members had on my quit can not be described. Thank you to each and every person and their posts . . . it all helped and still does.

Hey GS
Sorry I'm a bit late to the party.
Congrats on reaching a year free. A great achievement and one to be very proud of.

Hi all. I have not smoked for so long now; not even much thought or ever feeling like it.

THEN

My partner stopped 4 months ago . . . and started smoking again a week ago.

It is suddenly really difficult for me. Why, now, am I tempted after such a long time?
