Be careful how you title your posts.

From above:

I just want all members to be cognizant of how the title their posts. Titles that are alarming may get quicker attention, but they are going to have a short life-span on the board. They are either going to get a "Do not post to this thread again and Let it drop" warning once the crisis has passed or end up disappearing all together. Also, if any member obviously becomes a regular attention seeker at Freedom he or she is going to lose his or her posting privileges. He or she will still be able to have access to read and get all of the same information that we make available at Freedom and at www.whyquit.com, but he or she will never have the ability to ask specific questions to the general membership.

The entire string of Bringing negative posts to the top discusses potential problems of having strings that have titles that if used over time may not accurate reflect the mindset of the member. So as it says above, be careful how you title your posts. They are likely to have more attention and longevity if their titles are not attention seeking by design.
