I often thought about getting one of those Jiggler things for a bird bath.  Is that what the lighted thing is and is it solar?

I gave in and purchased a gently used two piece concrete bird bath at an Antique Co-op yesterday.  Thought about it for a couple of days.  It is decorated with two of my favorite things; hummingbirds and lilies. It is heavy but I managed to get it in my car with the help of two other women who took it to the dock for me to pick it up.   It's a little gaudy and unique, not unlike me at times :>))

The wiggler is battery powered with 2 flashlight batteries but I believe the lighted part is solar.
