The latest info is the land may become a park in 2020, so I should be good for another couple years.

Good news Dan, but if that doesnt work out you can look for an alternative in the meantime.

I have now dug out my third year blue ensign which did not come back and the argentine skies.  My other two BE are trying but I foresee a sparse garden this year.  I hate the thought of digging out those two monsters.
