Does anyone have any ideas that I can try in relation to slow Workspace Login in 220.127.116.11.
I have check the blogs about disabling services through the Workspace.
Only when I disable the R&A service it quickens the login process. However I need this available.
I tried both Native and AD but still no luck as yet
Help ideas would be great.
A couple of things spring to mind:
1- If you've scaled out then the access to the R&A file system RM1 folder will be via a UNC path. If access to this is slow then it can cause a slowdown in login times. If it is an IO issue then the only sure way to confirm is to copy the RM1 folder to the local machine and reconfigure.
2- Network resolution...I've seen the R&A service sometimes struggle to know which network card to bind to. This causes the login to hang for about a minute whilst the R&A sits there probably waiting for one to timeout. Try disabling the secondary network card, that should have an immediate impact in login times.
