Moodle Course Management Software which is open-source and free for download
Nicenet's Internet Classroom Assistant allows teachers to create a class online and have their students login and, is also free
Creative Technology offer Hot Potatoes, Markin, TexToys and Gerry's Vocabulary Teacher. Hot Potatoes is free for non-profit or personal use and the others are available for nominal fees.
