I went to a "local" outfitters today to look at flintlocks (not getting one right now but who knows in the future), I spoke to an employ about them (saw a nice blunderbuss by the way) and he seemed really interested. Also he said I can put up flyers there. I might just do that soon.

Great! That is how I started this group. The gun shop owner would not let me put any posters up, so I left a bunch of my cards, & asked him if he would pass them out to anyone interested in muzzle-loading guns.

Gave him my email, haven't heard from him yet though. But at least there's a good chance of getting new members once I set on the design of the flyer.

Personally I think posters with more image & less words work best.
