Howdy all. We have been getting reports of potential Ebola outbreaks in the U.S. over the last few. The ""Patient 0" has died of Ebola now, and we are waiting to see if any more cases pop up in the next few weeks.
Those of you who pray, the man had a family.
Those of you who worry, I guess be on the look out.
Those of you living in country, I'd keep up to date on it. It is a disease I wouldn't wish on much of anybody.
Stay safe, and watch your backtrail.
Howdy, the chap is a Liberian guy who flew to the US to reunite with his family; Liberia is one of the three countries at high risk together with Guinea Conakry and Sierra Leone; hard luck and poor control. We'll pray for him.
In Senegal one case has been spotted, it was a chap that traveled there from Guinea; he didn't die and after the second 21 days cycle no further infections were detected so there they are safe. In Nigeria 19 more cases with mixed results but they have aggressively controlled it from the outset, so no risk of spreading.
Having been to Guinea many times, I can say that unless you contains the whole country they have no means and no minds for fighting the virus alone, too poor; I can barely imagine what it could be there in a place where in the rural areas they still call the witch doctor........To have an idea, my post is still somewhere with pics of the interior in the survival section.
The magic number is 42, 21 days of incubation, if nothing happens, after further 21 days, is mathematical that there is no infection.
Like we do not have enough things to worry about for our kids already...............
