According to my Holley guide a 750 would be apropriate for a street engine that size.

......for the street and a mild engine a 1.12 Autolite 4100, or a 600 CFM vac sec Holley would work.

For a moderate street engine a vacuum secondary 750 Holley work work. All out race 800 CFM mechanical secondaries.

I have restored 4100's for sale and maybe a 780 Holley.

FYI there were 3 sizes of 4300's made 1.00 , 1.25, and spread bore. Spread bore 4300's were used in Mustangs etc and are rare as hens teeth.
