Terrific news that the club will be having youth teams playing from under 7s right up to open age from next season, hopefully this will prove to be a conveyor belt of talent for the 1st team in the future, more importantly its a great step towards the club becoming an important focal point to the local community, and still more going on in the background according to the official site!

Great news and long overdue, this was something that Runcorn Football Club overlooked and something Mond, Gen Chems and Runcorn Town always advanced with.
Lets just hope that resources are still diverted to the first team, as getting out of this league has to be the priority now.
Also, lets hope it doesnt impact on the condition of the main pitch.
