PCSO Linnet you clearly don’t know your own area of work because the police have no legislation regarding counterfeit items, that is dealt with by local government and the term you are looking for it trademark not copyright, there’s a difference. Google it.

If you check the IPO website which class of use are you defining the logo under? To help a little you’ll be looking for trademark number UK00001572076. All you need to do now is define which class it falls under.

That wanker Spart when he supported Town called Linnets supporters embarrassing for bringing balloons to the Derby. He would probably pass out at the sight of rugby league foam hands.

Thank you for your help with this, making my job easier!

But now can you explain the drinking alcohol outside of the permitted license area, because as far as I am concerned that is breaking FA Emirates Cup matchday rules. Look forward to seeing your clever and well researched reply on this topic.

You have spectators drinking alcohol outside the permitted license area, that’s the only thing that’s staring me in the face.

So what’s your excuse for this one?
