Had a look at the so called improvements today!!

A couple of steps to get fans up the grass/mud heap behind the goal and a few extra seats (now looking for a main stand sponsor saying 20,000 cars passing each day lol)

Best ground in the league!!!!!!!

Im sure the Mond/RT club themselves will admit its not the best ground in the league - dont forget, only a couple of years back it was a West Cheshire club with no real ground requirements.

Fair play to them for pushing on as much as possible - and improving little by little - and why not try every means possible to get further sponsorship

Good luck to them in improving the ground and with the promotion bid

All whats been achieved at Town has been done without the help of the council, the football foundation and without having to resort to stealing another clubs history and trading off their name.
Perhaps you should take a look at you won club and its rented council ground before you start the mud slinging.

Such a good club Mond Rangers are!

Manager shouting abuse at the referee in every game, committee members who are only interested in themselves and a wage bill higher than the linnetts with average crowds of 90!

What happens when the money runs out?

One thing that the poster above has forgot to mention, is that most of Runcorn Towns ground was already in place, and has been added to to bring it up to its current standard.

Linnets had nothing to work with what so ever.

from small accorns grow great oak trees , from geneticly modified council funded , tax payers miss spent money comes expectations , which we all know breeds resentment and bitterness and jealousy and a club without any history ,

why are linnets been slated for having council funding? wasnt long ago on here they were been slated for "having there begging bowls" out, makes me laugh isnt it town who are going round to every club begging for scraps and old seats they are like vultures waiting for the next club to fold so they can pick up a seat or two whos the beggers now?
