Yup its definitely from PD. I'm guessing we'll see the Imps and WRCC fall after Ottawa and they get more than one data point (which also has the highest competitiveness indicator) for their rankings.

Note that the competativeness indicators are derived from the number of top 100 teams at a festival weighted exponentially. These will continue to change as new crews enter the top 100.

Note that I probably won't have enough data points to add the Quebec circuit until after the Montreal festival (as per usual).
