Railway Ministry first created a unique website www.nivaran.railnet.gov.in .
Then, this website starts getting grievances of Railway Employees.
And then our Personnel branch stops responding to such grievances of Railway Employees lodged on www.nivaran.railnet.gov.in .
So, this is the present status of NIVARAN portal of Indian Railways.
Things will never change in Indian Railways.
The present trend is very very BAD, apart from the normal work the P branch is added/floded with RTI applications,grievance from PG port,nivaran and the grievance collected by camps.With SO many grievances only the agrievness of employees increases and finally no result.Thre should a mechanism adopted as recomended by The HOTA Committee that each misdtry shold form a group of officers to look into the grievance of the employees and pass ORDERS to this effect which shold be binding on the ministry/department (as in the case of arbitration cases).
OTHERWISE the increase in grievances of employees will result in less productivity in an organisation.
