Compensatory rest is granted to employees who had foregone their rest and worked on rest days. However, whether the employee who was due for CR can accumulate the CRs and claim at once. The duration for availing the CR is one month. Whether CR will lapse after one month if not availed. Relevant Rule position and RB's authority may kindly be provided. Employees are availing CRs of the year 2010 in addition to claiming of Over Time for the above periods.
