One thing we have found in feeding Rat Terriers RAW is they require more bone. We feed upward to 40% bone. And you do have to adjust the total % by dog. It's easy to add or take as you see who needs what. One line of ours needs 5-7% and another runs right at 3%. Got a couple that you could feed a side of beef to and never gain weight.
Rat Terrier crack here is a mix of rabbit/goat/sardines. We also feed green tripe 3-4 days a week also. Usually goat.
Once you get your suppliers down RAW feeding is easy. We find it about a draw in price compared to kibble. We fed Breeders Choice Avoderm and used 110 pounds a month.
