I have tested and can confirm that Return to Dark Castle does work on High Sierra, but in the next macOS release, Apple is dropping support for 32-bit applications altogether, and I think they're purging them from the app store as early as June.

Should we contact the Zacks to ask about the possibility of getting a 64-bit binary?

Nice idea; most likely won't happen. Will need to keep that copy of 10.12 on the external drive!

Or just use parallels or some other emulation. That will keep it going for a while.

It would be nice if the source code to the game was finally released (along with the level editor?) or maybe someone will step up to reimplement the game in a modern code-base.

Who knows…

Do we still have a way to reach out to the Zacks?

EDIT: I did the obvious and left a question on the ZSculpt Facebook page.
