I need new everyday drinking glasses.

This is what I have now.

I like the way they look but they dont fit in the dishwasher really well. I like something with some weight when you pick it up, but inexpensive enough so I don't have a breakdown when one breaks.

Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time.

I bought these at Target. I love them. They hold a lot of liquid, and fit in to my dishwasher perfectly. And, they aren't glass, so no breakage!

No, but getting excited about which glasses to buy.....surely that's a kind of brain-death?

But you're all worked up by what beer to drink or what 25 year old music to listen to next. I'm trying to add beauty and grace to my world, you're trying to tune out the world. Who is brain dead?

1) I don't drink beds

2) Listening to music gets you IN TUNE, baby. Arguing that listening to music is more escapist than choosing materialistic chintz for your home and garden is just bonkers. What has glassware got to do with the real world?
