Shows?

Breaking Bad
Sons of Anarchy
Stranger Things

There's a lot. As for movies, I rarely watch anything new. There's only so much time I can dedicate to my interests and TV shows have taken the backseat to everything over the years.

Breaking Bad, Stranger Things, and Sons of Anarchy are all shows I highly recommend.

I haven't watched...

Mad Men (minus the first 12 episodes or so).
The second half of The Sopranos.

Haven't watched any of the three Scrooge mentioned.  Don't even know of Stranger things

Didn't watch the Sopranos either

i did watch two seasons of Better Call Saul, the breaking bad spinoff, even though i never watched Breaking bad
but that was because a friend of mine was a character in season 1.  He was ketterman the accountant that had embezzled millions.  So him being a friend for about 10 years and me being an accountant i got into that story line, which ended towards season 1

That and my wife had watched Breaking Bad so she filled me in on what was going on when needed.  I gave up after Season 2.

I tried watching Survivor during the first two seasons, because it was the biggest pop culture thing going at the time and I was 15 and wanted in on it. It was too boring for me though, as I've learned over the years I don't do well with reality shows (couldn't even stick with Tough Enough).

I watched and enjoyed the first season of Better Call Saul, but I fell behind, so at this point I'm just waiting for enough seasons to accumulate so I can watch it all in one long binge.

I got two episodes into season 2 before I had to take a break because my wife and I watch Orange is the New Black together.

Pretty much every sitcom produced since 1993. I've never seen "Friends" and have maybe watched 2 full episodes of "Seinfeld" (accidentally). People hear this and say: "what were you doing in the 90's?" Umm... Watching Monday Nitro, MTV, superhero cartoons and the blonde stand-in episodes of "Xena" with no sound. I'm actually quite shocked that the blonde stand-in Xena (aka "Calisto") never went on to bigger and better things.
