A current WWE office worker that used to work for TNA has been accused of sharing info with
WWE regarding contracts, unfair competition and other insider info.
He had already been let go by WWE before this suit happened.
Supposedly Ric Flair and Alex Shelley have both asked TNA to release them so
they can go to WWE and this is part of what brought about the lawsuit. Shelley is
near the end of his deal, Flair is not.
WWE actually told TNA about what the office worker did after WWE let him go.
Now TNA is suing WWE (and the worker also).
Wow WWE tells them and now are being sued?

After reading up on it. It seems they're biggest charge against the WWE is tampering with Ric Flair and talking to him illegally while under contract. I don't know if I buy that. Flair doesn't seem worth the risk of a lawsuit at this point in his career.
