I bought this set of blueprints recently. Does anyone have any idea who made these blueprints? Here's the link:

Hi.

I have these blueprints as well (obviously, since I scanned them for the site) :)

ANYway, I've done a lot of research but could never determine who, exactly, drew them.

They were likely created around 1986; just prior to the launch of TNG...

I hope you didn't spend too much for them... I believe I picked up my copy for $5.00

If I ever do discover who drew them, I'll be sure to update my site with the info, and I'll post that data here as well.

It's been 6 years since I purchased these blueprints and posted on this forum.

After all this time, I still haven't found out who made these blueprints, who published them and when they were released.

Hello, John (Jag2112)

It’s now been over a decade (11 years) since I purchased the blueprints and first posted on this forum.

We still don’t know who made these blueprints. (See first post for link to blueprints)

John, I noticed you mentioned that you had done a lot of research to find out who made these blueprints.

Is it possible that ANDY PROBERT (http://memoryalpha.wikia.com/wiki/Andrew_Probert) made these blueprints or have you definitely ruled him out? I noticed he appears in multiple YouTube videos so he is probably easily reachable through social media or through his website. Since your the creator of this website, I’m guessing he’d be more than open to helping you.

Another possibility that I have narrowed it down to is that RICH STERNBACK (http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Rick_Sternbach) was maybe the one who made these blueprints. John, have you ruled him out completely?

Another possibility is that P. LUBLIN (http://www.cygnus-x1.net/links/lcars/galaxy-class.php) made these blueprints since he also made the blueprints in the link that I provided and although the ships are different, there are similar characteristics like the way the items are identified and the way the page numbers are written. Have you ruled him out completely?

Finally, there are three other possible candidates that I have found. They are MICHAEL MCMASTER (http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Michael_McMaster), DOUG DREXLER (http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Doug_Drexler) and ED WHITEFIRE (http://www.cygnus-x1.net/links/lcars/ed-whitefire-enterprise-ncc-1701d.php).

I think the best bet would be to contact Mr. Andy Probert via social media or via his website and go from there and John you have every chance of him answering you given you’re the creator of this website and you both share a similar passion.
