I made aloo gobi (cauliflower and potatoes) in the crock pot today. It's good but wayyy too spicy, even though I used a fraction of the recommended peppers and chili powder. I guess I needed as small a fraction of those as I usually use. Hopefully next time I get it more right.
On the other side of things, my favorite yellow lentils dish came out too bland when I made it in the new crock pot. I have no idea what happened there.
