:hi: All

I have come across a Sirtel Cardioid Dynamic Base Mic Model BSA-601A.

Not much about them on the interweb.
Has anybody used or got any info on this mic?

Is it a forgotten gem or should it just be forgotten?

Cheers

I know sirtel made some very good 5 foot top loaded fire sticks as I have two and
the swr the same as a dv27 adjustable tip they work great but break easy if they hit like branches. :pirate2:

Never seen one of those mic's Ray, but Sirtel did make some good stuff so I would have to assume it is of decent quality.
Might be worth a punt if it's not too expensive ?

:hi: all

Picked the mic up today & i got a bargin (it cost me nothing)

It was covered in dust, has been wired for a radio with a 5 pin din socket & the previous owner had taken out the 9v battery so no corrosion inside :)

I have also found a picture of said base mic here http://charlietango.co.uk/topic/7537777/1/

Now to wire it up for one of my old UKFM radios & see how it preforms.
