Nice to see you, creek!

We need to figure out how to put this in the announcement section so that it's always up top.

I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

Pissing the night away
Pissing the night away

He drinks a whisky drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the better times

"Oh Danny Boy
Danny Boy
Danny Boy..."

2x
I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

Pissing the night away
Pissing the night away

He drinks a whisky drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the better times

"Don't cry for me
Next door neighbour..."

2x
I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

We'll be singing
When we're winning
We'll be singing

No doubt diddy. For about 18 months in 70-71 they opened with that song. I must have seen them 30 times during that period. it always means the beginning of something good to me.

When I first took my job here in Idaho, my unofficial title was "whipping boy". I was being blamed for things that had gone on for thirty years. After four or five years of that, I was being called on the carpet by the department chair, privately, for something that wasn't my fault and pointed my finger in her face and said, "NO! I will not be your whipping boy ever again!" And that was that. I've had a better quality of life since then.

I still have the lyrics, "Sometimes I feel like I've been tied to the whipping post" printed and posted in my office where only I can see them.

Oh yeah, Diddy, I'm a Brother's fan. I dunno, something about rock music from the 70's. A whole lot of truth was sung then. Now it's just about money

Here's a deep track from Alice Cooper, which shows that once you get past the hits he's a pretty decent musician and songwriter. BTW, I like the hits too

Sexual songs in the 50's were so promiscuous and so encoded!
