Cessy's Diner opened nine years ago, and as it's clean, cheap, only a few blocks from the police station, and owned by one of Bishop City's finest (it originally belonged to his late wife), it's a favorite destination for cops. Many locals also go there, for a burger, a shake, fries, or anything else that tempts them. The walls are a fresh blue, while the booths and tables are a neat white and blue.
