hello, does anyone know if crane or another manufactor still makes the cutting tool to cut down the rocker arm stud boss to make the valve train adjustable on cleveland or bbf. thanks for any help
ive found a part number for crane but there site doesnt list it
part number 99023-1

I see those for sale fairly regularly on feeBay, both Crane and Moroso(?) now and then, but don't know if they are still offered new off the shelf.

Jegs and summit sell other brands, but don't list the crane tool....maybe crane got tired of folks who couldn't figure it out and call to b____ about the tool.

www.goodson.com pt# S-373P may be what you're looking for.
besides, rummaging around the website is fun.
I use crane pt# 99408-1 which is a kit to do all the machinework for converting to screw-in studs...that may REALLY be what you're looking for.

what ya mean ?
i saw it was only 3/8' stud i was gonna see if they had it for 7/16th if that was what ya meant.
