Just wondering if anyone has fit or tried to fit Hooker #6211 ('71-'73 Mustang) SuperComps (2" tube w/3.5" collector 34" long) into a '67-'70 Mustang(351c 4V of course) body and can mods be made to fit?

4V, 1 3/4" - Different part numbers, sames specs on Summit's web, $25 difference in price.

Oops - found it, 6920 good for PS, PB and floor shift. Tubes on the 6920 look more like my Tubular headers, probably the better fit.

I don't know specifically about the Hookers, but the Tubular 2V 1 3/4" headers I put on our 70 where tight to the front sub frame area. A 1/2" difference in a bend would make all the difference. The Tubulars are really spec'ed for Falcon/Fairlane.

Looking at the pic's of both, There may be a problem using the 71-73 on a 70 body.
The 71-73 uses a int steering box so clearence might be more at that point,But the lenght
may be too long and hit the floor pan or tunnel.

Correct me if I am wrong but I beleive that the 71-73 Mustang engine compartment is about 2 inches wider than the 67-70 between the shock towers. That is why Ford installed 390-428 engines in 70 Mustangs instead of 429's and the Boss 429's had to have the shock towers moved out. I would be surprised if the headers fit just like a 351c is tight in a 64-66 mustang because of narrower shock towers.
