Amazon now lists it for $11.24.
The price isn't too shabby, but this only makes the rumors a bit more credible. Don't be surprised if its pan & scan and English-only, as well as completely bare (you'll be lucky to get mono audio).

They're good about changing the amount that you're charged if it turns out to be less than what you ordered it for.
And...you can always cancel the order and reorder it.
