    MY EARSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my god, I think it just needs noting again that the dub on the Love Hina disc is far worse than originally thought.
As I said, I'll tolrate dubs, but Bandai should be ASHAMED for producing AND including this.

The picture quality is GREAT (wish ADV would take a cue from them when it came to the Eva series), and like with Bebop, Bandai treated this one right when it came to the video. And the audio is fine with the Japanese.
The dub just sucks. Get it if you don't have it and like the series, but if you have a decent import release, sticking with it is just fine.

Subs are fine, but as usual, they don't have all of the "extra" notes that the fan subs do, and are somewhat..."Americanized".
For example, its Mr. Urashima instead of Urashima San, Mr. Seta instead of Seta San, etc,

Yeah, I think it's taken for granted that subbers put in the extra work to figure out colloquial phrases, double meanings etc.. things that really make the anime shine. And little things like "Urashima-san" make it seem.. I dunno.. kinda closer to the original? heh~
The best example that comes to mind is Anime MPEG's job on EBICHU. They added like 5min worth of 'editors notes' to the beginning of the episode explaining the subtle puns in the anime, that normally we would not understand at all.
Anyways, I think licensees should take the time to add those little tid-bits to the DVDs. It makes so much difference, you can really appreciate and understand the anime much more.MRk MRK n FnK Mz

No real "extras" outside of some Bandai trailers (mostly Gundam ones) and some of Keitero's drawings (the same ones that were in Episode 4).
