I just found out yesterday that my ISP started a 5GB (Yes, a ONLY 5GB) bandwith limit. If you go over, it is almost $8 for ever GB. I can't believe this. I am a leech, I can barely collect anime without being yelled at by my parents because of the bill. This month the extra charge has brought the bill to almost $150 dollars.
I have the ultimate anti-leech ISP. The university network can ban you if you start leeching. ![]()

Well, I guess there is always someone out there who does have it worse. It sucks not being able to collect my anime I want. I had to stop collecting most of my current series. Now I am only doing Slam Dunk, Chobits, and RahXephon.

Rogers has it problems too. I am going to stick with this ISP still. I do not like Toronto's cable ISPs. Bell offers a ADSL service I think. I am looking at to see if I can get that. But no cable.
d00d, even though bandwidth limits DO SUCK (believe me, in Australia we're having a crisis with it), that is hardly anything compared to the prices they charge over here.Quote:

In US$, it works out to be around $70 PER GIG over the THREE GIG/MONTH LIMIT.
This includes uploads also.
