Yeah I must agree... Eyes on me is the better one.
Sometimes I go to college with disc 3 of FFVIII (PC version) in my discman (it has Eyes on Me on it in playable audio format) and play song over and over again

Eyes On Me! Eyes On Me! Eyes On Me! Hehe, only cause it's one of my favourite songs, full stop. Just a really really romantic songs.

I'm not really the slushy ballad type, but I think the fact that the lyrics relate to the storyline of the game you've been playing so well, the fact that there's a specific relationship (well, I guess it ends up being relationships, cause it ends up being more Squall and Rinoa's theme than Laguna and Julia's,) involved makes it really good. I love that song, anyway.

deffinately Eyes on Me.. when i first found out Faye Wong was doing the theme for FFVIII i was so excited (being a fan already) hehehe.. i know i know, shes pretty old and stuff, but i really like some of her songs (Tian Kong anyone?) i think thats the only FF song that has really hit me and made an impact. that song became so emotionally charged in the game, whenever i hear it now it just brings back all these memories.. OOoOoO! when faye wong had her concert here in Melbourne last year, she performed Eyes on Me! and they had a huge screen with FMVs of FFVIII on it to go with the song (ballroom dance etc..) THAT was really coolMRk MRK n FnK Mz

WOW! Just a big, big WOW at the whole Faye Wong concert thing... That must have been amazing, seeing her do Eyes On Me. Hehe, I'd have been sat there in the audience crying my eyes out if they had the FFVIII footage too! That must have been so cool!

wow that concert does sound cool!! especially since eyes on me is my favorite as well. I just like the music amd i think faye wong's voice is absolutely beautiful.

Doh! I didn't know about that Melbourne concert! If I had know I probably would have taken a flight down there just to see it. And yeah, probably would have cried through the FF footage...

yeah, this was back a while tho. i think she did 2 concerts: one in melb, one in syd.. they were pretty much sold out in the first day the tickets went on sale!! hehehee.. u know, i NEVER saw it advertised outside of Chinatown! it was actually by luck that i found out about the concert.. a friend of mine told me boutz it and i went wif her family..LoLz.. her concert was really good..
