Anyone know a good website to order anime DVD imports (not bootleg)?

NM... I found the dvd I was looking for....
    store.yahoo.com/animenati...-0238.html
That price is bad... I could buy the entire Robotech series for that price... but owell.... the only site I found with the non-bootleg version...ATI - Driving the chemical reaction revolution

$100 for an anime bootleg is far more than you should have to pay...
      Go look around.

Crap, I meant import, not bootleg.
Hell, you can probably import it from CDJapan for less than that, if they have it.
My advice for something like this? Try and find a decent quality bootleg, or ask whoever owns the US/Canadian license for this about any R1 release, since $100 is probably not worth it.

Everywhere else I check is bootleg... and I really do not want to settle for bootleg if I can get an original.
As for the license information... Bandai Visual is all I know about it. And their website is Japanese .ATI - Driving the chemical reaction revolution

I'm sure Bandai has a US site, but look at the page you posted.
              A) Its a Region 2 dvd player, so unless you have a region-free one or feel like playing with some software on your DVD-ROM drive, you can't play it.
              B) This is important. It makes NO MENTION of English subtitles. NONE. It only mentions the Japanese language track, and frankly, if it doesn't even mention English subs, I wouldn't count on one being there. Maybe you've been brushing up on your Japanese lately, but be warned.
              C) I'm all for buying official copies of these things, but in a case like this, I'm all for a bootleg. You have a movie that hasn't been released in your area, and the only official copy that exists doesn't even contain subtitles for the language that you speak. In this case, I'd suggest you try and download, or if you have to, buy a bootleg.
EDIT: I looked at the page again, and it even mentions that its UNTRANSLATED. Case closed.

It was never translated. I am not even sure if it was licensed for an American release (well... I think I am SURE now that is was NOT).
As for download... I think you can imagine that a low res DivX3 video that is only 300MB and 2 hours long is low quality. But I already now the what they are saying and stuff, so subtitles are not much of a concern (and didn't I tell you, after the first time I see a DVD I prefer to watch it without the subs).
Anyways, I found this: store.yahoo.com/animecorn...ovdvd.htmlATI - Driving the chemical reaction revolution

Uh...if you want to pay $90+shipping for a movie, in Japanese without any English subtitles, go ahead. I just wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting...

Well it is bootleg... but the price MIGHT make this one worth it...

EDIT: Ok, I gave it some thought. I will order the bootleg version. And buy the one from Yahoo! Store when I get some money.
Anyways, thansk for the headsup Jim .ATI - Driving the chemical reaction revolution
