Nice seeing the words "FAMILY" and "Not For Children" as descriptions for this product...
EDIT: And yes, it appears that Mezzo Forte once again has "FAMILY" and "NC-17" on it...
      I love this thread.

Here's the email I just sent them:

Haha this is hilarious. I am willing to bet that you don't remember me. I emailed way back in November of 2002 in regards to the hentai anime Bible Black, which can be found at www.bestbuy.com/movies/pr...e=11177501 and the anime compilation Sextoons: Erotic Animation Festival located at www.bestbuy.com/movies/Pr...scat=1384. This by no means scratches the surface; ALL of your hentai anime is listed under Family.
Quite frankly I find this extremely hilarious. At first this was just an inside joke with a group of friends, and I decided not to show it to too many other people because a number of your "Customer Representatives" (which are probably just a bunch of canned responses) assured me that you (BestBuy) would "look into it." Yes, we'll consider removing porn from the family section. It probably won't happen though because nobody has actually read this email. Hooray! Leave it to Best Buy to sell porn that the whole family can watch! Gather the family; hell, gather all of your relatives and gaze upon women wearing only a cloak whilst performing a Satanic ritual! Great fun for the whole family!
I've gotten emails from "Margaret with Customer Care" andd "Corrie with Customer Care" (case number 2726135). Hello, robots, please process my email again. Do you have any new processing algorithms for emails? New "Customer Care" names? Maybe updated canned responses? Yes, that's it, a new algorithm that looks for certain words in the email and pieces together the correct canned response for the first half of the email, then randomly picks a Best Buy advertisement to place in the second half of the email. "My name is Shabootie from Customer Care. We're sorry you were dissatisfied with your online experience. We will look into the issue and error in line 294 of CustomerCareReply.VB -- We're looking forward to seeing your money again. The holidays are only 9 months away, why not buy them some great porn from the Family section!"
I'm looking forward to what your computers come up with in reply to this email. I'm sure it will be amusing. In the meantime, I will be showing all of my friends that you can buy porn in the Family section at Best Buy, and I'm sure they'll pass the word along to all their friends. It's about time I let this joke out.
          Hooray for porn!

While browsing through their family section, they also have a lot of non-pornographic, R-rated movies. How they ended up in the family section is beyond me. Perhaps someone should check a B&M store to see if they're using the same setups there as well?

Heh, too bad the humor of the situation will be lost on those bots and minimum-wage CS reps who couldn't care any less.
I'm surprised that you even emailed them again, and haven't given up the futile fact that, at Best Buy, hentai is for the whole family.

                Meh, I was bored.
ROFL with that, it's so overtly obvious that they have bots doing that. "Thank you for contacting Best Buy about Rock titles you located on our Web site." Rock titles? Haha, looks like their bayesian filters screwed up!
I'm gonna resend that email 3 more times, to different departments.

Mezzo Forte DC and Kite still remain fun for the whole family.
