    As if things weren't bad enough for the MS console in Japan, Konami has decided NOT to release MGS2:Substance for the X-Box in Japan. Ouch. :onot allowed

      Yeah, I've known about this for a while.
      As a business decision, I suppose it's sound. MGS2 isn't as popular in Japan as in the US in the first place, so releasing it on a hugely unpopular system would just be, well, stupid.
