Yesterday, I picked up a copy of Gauntlet Dark Legacy, for the playstation 2. Now I'm not going to go into depth here, but just my first impressions.
If you've played Gauntlet for the N64, you've played this game, basically the playstation 2 verision is just a port
of the N64 verision, with different characters, but the same levels, and a few cut-screens.
Unlike the old playstation gauntlet, Gauntlet dark legacy makes use of the 4 player adapter, it also has new combo's
(specail moves) that you can only use once one of your meters is filled up. Each character has his/her own combo's and if used correctly can be used to destroy hordes of enemys.
Overall though, if you like the N64 verision, and you own a playstation 2, I think you would like Gauntlet Dark Legacy (who woundn't like playing as a jester !), but on the other hand if you didn't like the N64 stay away from this one, but as always, this is just my opinion.
