Hey, playing The Bouncer all weekend, a question poppped in to my mind. I thought it was really great having the soundtrack in English and Japanese (much better in Japanese than English, it just sounded better.) Is there any chance of a similar situation in FFX? I guess it's unlikely since there is probably a lot more dialogue in FFX than The Bouncer, but it would be cool...img>

I do not think they are going to put the Jappanese in the English version. FFX (I'm very sure) takes alot more disc space than Bouncer.ISDF N1A2 MBT TANK (Sabre)
The sleek new N1A2 (Codename: Sabre) Tank is the ISDF's rough'n'ready general purpose combat vehicle.

I've answered this before, FFX will NOT have the Japanese voices on the disk. Its true that a DVD can store a ton of sound file, but considering that FFX is a massive RPG....well, you can get it.

A game with Hundreds of people, mini games, a massive story and 50-60 hours of game play. Yeah...they can put both languages on the DVD.............yeah, right. I'm amazed there able to even have voice acting for the entire game on one DVD.

They didn't include voice acting for the entire game. And fuck English. They could just release it with Japanese VA and everyone would be happy.
I am going to check the English VA or if you can turn it off BEFORE I buy FF10. It just might be the first Final Fantasy game I don't play.-Spok-

From what I heard of the Japanese release, only the captions during the movies can be turned off, not the voices. So if we have a case like Leo from Zone of the Enders, there's not a damn thing we can do about it but suffer through 60+ hours.
And yet there really are people out there who swear by English voice acting in all games. Mostly illiterate hicks who will do anything to avoid reading the slightest bit of information, though.---"Oh no! Jesus will kill us all!" And this is symbolic, because Jesus really will kill us all. Or something.

It'd be cool to have the English verison of FFX and be like THe BOuncer, you'd be able to change it to English to Japanese language. Then, when you have what the characters memorized, put it in Japanese yand you'll learn how to speak some Japanese words from a game. Since I have The Bouncer, I had my file on Japanese during a few games and the characters sound a hell lot different but I know what the say cuz who wouldn't know what the characters say after beating the game over 33 times.I DON'T CARE IF I DESTROY MY MIND !! JUST AS LONG AS I SLAUGHTER ALL OF YOU !!!
