i will probably cosplay at anime expo 2002, either as rurouni kenshin's shinomori aoshi or evangelion's kaworu. doesn't mean i'm limiting to one of those characters, though.

Cosplay is (...hehe, dare I say it?) pretty cool. I wish they had events like that here but to be honest everyone is too boring where I am. ![]()
I'm amazed at how professional some people are with their costumes and stuff (especially fans from Japan, they're incredible!) I saw a guy dressed as Cactuar once in a magazine, it was really funny.![]()

There was an anime convention in my area earlier this year. I missed it (d'oh!) but I saw some very cool pictures from it. This group of I guess they were friends or something, went as the entire cast of Final Fantasy VIII, and they just looked SOOOOO good! My jaw dropped when I saw the picture...
OMG how cool!! The FFVIII cast?! Hehe, I couldn't imagine me dressed as Rinoa somehow...I think I'd be more of a candidate for Cait Sith or a chocobo. ![]()

But yeah, it was really cool! There was Rinoa, Squall, Quistis, Zell, Seifer, the dean, that bubbly chick who likes Zell, and the cowboy dude. (I haven't played much yet...gimme a break!![]()
) And their costumes were so detailed! Rinoa had these big angel wings, like Claire Danes in Romeo + Juliet. It was soooo cute! I think I just might do that for Halloween...but do you think people would look at me funny?
