CN(cartoon network) SUXS BIG

cn suxs big, i just started to stop watching it, cause i tryed of them changeing the line up. first they started off with tenchi, which they total killed big time, then there was gundam wing, which was ok i think, then big o which i thought was ok, but they thing is they used good anime shows murder them, then they throw them at us many time, till you want to vomit them out. they reran a lot of the shows. then next they started gundam during the day and gundam ms 08th at night. then this so called adult swim, which is a wast of time for everone, cause they one show one anime show uncut, and now they toke it off and all the other anime. all they show now is dbz which is ok, and card cardcapture, but i like the sub one better
sub anime rocks
we should all get rid of cn and creat us a good anime channel ran by the cyber hippes for cyber hippes

The thing is...
Cartoon Network is NOT an Anime channel! Its not Anime Network or anything like that. Their purpose, and main programing, is NOT anime, just animation (and anime is only a small part of that).

No. We won't be getting rid of CN because cartoons rox0r.
I happen to enjoy Space Ghost, Powerpuff Girls, and a few Cartoon Theater presentations. And every so often I'll just casually watch whatever's on.

Just.. screw tv... rent, buy, download. Whatever.
Screw cartoon network, it's a medium, so it shows the medium. If you want satifying and consistent anime, go and get it.

CN is the only place I can see anime in England, so it's good enough for. Something is better than nothing. Sci-Fi shows anime every so often, but I can't be bothered to spend ages hunting through the cable guide every week when there's prolly nothing on. And yeah...The Powerpuff Girls, that's cool.

Ok so it's not exactly brilliant for full-on anime fans, but you know, it's a good enough channel.

in regards to anime, yes cartoon network sucks ass. it sucks my left saq. but i do like dexter's lab and powerpuff girls

Anime is brilliant? 80 percent of it is trash, with 15 percent being entertaining, and 5 percent being artistic, I would say. This is the case with all mediums.
Really, if you live in the US: ARE THERE ANY GOOD FILMS OUT?!?!? NO!!! Everything mostly sucks, which makes the gems so much better.
Truly, if everything were the best it could be, would we notice how good something is if there is no low standard to compare it to?
If I ran an anime channel however, I'd show the best in ALL animation, not just the Japanese kind. I have no prefference. The Little Mermaid is just as important to me as Princess Mononoke. Futurama is just as entertaining as Tenchi. Bambi is just as moving as Grave of the Fireflies.
Really, don't limit yourself to one type of animation.-Spok-
