Hey I'm new on this board and wanted to know how do you like EVA.Man experiences pain there for he precives life as pain - Kaworu Nagisa (17 angel from evangelion).

Can't really vote on this poll, given that I've never watched a single episode of EVA in my life (yes, I know, poor me), but from what I hear the story in the series is very interesting, the only thing that's not exactly great (talking about the DVD here) is the quality of the image. This is all based on what I've heard, though, so don't take it to heart.

I finally saw the whole series (but not the movies), and I must say that this has the worst pacing I have ever seen.

I saw a couple Episodes of it, but probably not enough for me to get a great idea of what Eva is all about. I liked what I saw, but then again I'm not a huge anime fan either, so I dunno. I like the music though

. I have one whole CD of Eva mp3's that I got a really long time ago. So yeah, ok as far as the overall series goes, but not the best ever.
Personally my Favorite is Kenshin, Slayers, and a couple others that I can't remember

Jim, I know that almost the whole story is about the angels attacking and the Evas repeling the attack, but the good thing is how they repel it, the stories behind each character, and finaly but not least, why are the angels attacking.

look beyond the fighting... the story goes much deeper than that.

I think it's a really good series... Not the best ever but still very good.... I really like it when EVA 01 goes beserk! But like Moon said, the story goes way deeper then the fighting alone.
