Am I the only one that's slightly cheesed about the RE ports to the GC? RE1 is getting the royal treatment, and it looks great, but RE2 and RE3:Nemesis, are just direct ports. Like the DC ones, with slightly upgraded graphics.

Yeah, it's so unfortunate that Gestahr is gay.. *sigh* it's really really disappointing.. so cheesed off. Anyways! I'm sure he'll make some guy very very happy (in his own sick, perverted way of course)! I wish you nothing but happiness and joy Gessie!

First off, I don't know why you'd be disapointed unless your were a woman, or some wierd gay that only likes straight men. :P Secondly, someone better goddamn well reply about the actualy topic and not my sexuality here. :P

Disappointing to see a so-called 'man' sink to such new lows.. THAT'S what's disappointing!
In reguard to the topic at hand, I haven't seen too much of RE for GC so I'm not gonna comment..

You are both thinking with the wrong head.
EDIT: Right now, I am thinking about buying it. But still unsure of what it will be like. The graphics look nice, but I really do not care about graphics anymore. I like good gameplay. After playing Silent Hill 2 (which bored me so death), I am having some doughts about RE (asuming that RE is like SH2 ).

Silent Hill 2 bored you to death? Oh my god...
The only reason I ever turned it off was because I was just tooooooo weirded out. I was so intense at some points.. I wasn't screaming scared, just extremely gripped and anxious and baffled by what I was seeing and playing. And I STILL havent finished it completely (no money ::frown:

I rented one of the REs a long time ago... it was for the playstation... this was pretty much the second time I had ever used a PSX (the first time I played some xmen fighter, and it kicked butt)... Because I had NEVER played a game like RE, I sucked large at it... and that to me was boring, because I didnt know what to do, didnt have a gun (or only had 6 bullets and bad aim), kept getting killed, couldnt make any progress... then of course a friend of mine came over and did 10 times my attempt in less than 20 minutes... heh. Err.. I'm babbling...
