This is pretty much the best CS of IIDX so far. Plenty of unlockables, great music, you can even compare yourself to other players from the Arcade rival list gathered from IIDX machines in Japan.
The timing is a little different from previous styles in that it's stricter. It works out, though. Really makes you feel like you've earned that triple-A.
In the past, I've really debated whether or not to get an arcade-style controller to replace my Konami official controller. This CS has basically convinced me to put the money down for one.
I just wish Happy Sky came bundled with a cool freebie. Some of the previous consumer styles came with a limited edition e-amusement Entry Card for use with the arcade versions. It doesn't matter here because the e-amusement cards only work in Japan, but I like just small things like that.
